Zoltan Pongracz is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Third View Private Wealth, where he advises a select group of entrepreneurs, executives, and multigenerational families. Known for his ability to distill complexity into clarity, Zoltan combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver highly customized, purpose-driven wealth strategies.

Prior to founding Third View, Zoltan was a Senior Vice President and Senior Private Wealth Advisor at Procyon Partners, where he led one of the firm’s top advisory practices. He played an integral role in expanding the firm’s capabilities in advanced estate planning, insurance integration, and tax-efficient wealth structuring. He also contributed to advisor recruitment and helped scale a new vertical focused on the evolving needs of business owners and legacy families.

Earlier in his career, Zoltan spent a decade at Barnum Financial Group, an RIA where he built a leading wealth management practice serving individuals, families, and business owners. In addition to his core advisory work, he led corporate financial wellness initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, consulted on executive benefit and retirement plan strategies, and helped deliver large-scale financial literacy campaigns nationwide.

Zoltan’s advisory work spans wealth and investment management, tax and estate planning coordination, cash flow management, risk management and insurance, and lifestyle and concierge services. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, along with the ChFC®, CLU®, and AIF® credentials. He earned dual degrees in Financial Services Management and Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, racquet sports, and cheering on his children in their athletic pursuits.
